The staff includes five full-time appraisers, W. West Foster, MAI, CRE, SR/WA; Sue Anne Foster, MAI, SRA; Jonathan M. Vaughan, MAI, Christine Antonio, and Mike Smith. Two full time staff members perform a variety of support duties to increase the efficiency of the appraisers. All of the appraisers hold Certified General Appraiser licenses with the State of Colorado. As indicated above, three of the appraisers hold Appraisal Institute designations, which require a rigorous level of education and experience. West Foster has been engaged in the real estate appraisal profession since the mid-1970s and Sue Anne Foster since the early 1980s. Jon M. Vaughan has been with the firm since May of 2003, and Christine Antonio has been with the firm since July of 2006. Mike Smith joined the firm in August of 2008.
